On October 17, Xi'an Peihua University held an online signing ceremony with Florida Christian University(FCU). The signing ceremony was attended by Florida Christian University's Board of Trustees ChairmanAnthony Portigliatti, PresidentBruno Porttigliatti, Vice PresidentSergio Paulo Behnken, and Professor Han Zonghai, a memberof FCU Advisory Board.Prof. Richard-Li Hua, International President of Xi'an Peihua University, Prof. Zhang Yunliang, Assistant to the President, Prof. Zhang Wei, Director of the Faculty Development Center, Grace Wang, Director of the International Exchange Center, Dr. Vivian, Assistant to Prof. Richard-Li Hua, and Ms. Zhang Jing, Assistant to the Foreign Affairs of the International Exchange Center, were present at the ceremony, which was presided over by Grace Wang.Prof.Bruno Porttigliatti, President of Florida Christian University, andProf. Richard-Li Hua, International President of Xi'an Peihua Universityformally signed the cooperation agreement.

Prof. Richard-Li Hua introduced the long history of Peihua and the “three genes” of Peihua, and Peihua will speed up the pace of internationalization to pay tribute to the centennial anniversary with practical actions. The successful signing of the contract marks the beginning of the all-round and deep-level cooperation between Xi'an Peihua University and Florida Christian University, and builds a bridge of co-construction, win-win and sharing.
